As part of our commitment to provide the best possible infrastructure for your services, we're sending you this notice to inform you of some upcoming network maintenance in our Orlando Data Center. Please read the following details carefully:

Procedure:
In order to ensure optimal network performance and reliability, we are replacing a line card in one of our core routers. The network is designed such that a single line card failure should not impact customer traffic.
Maintenance Window:
Start - October 2nd, 2016 @ 11:00PM EDT (10/3/16 @ 4:00AM UTC)
Finish - October 3rd, 2016 @ 1:00AM EDT (10/3/16 @ 6:00AM UTC)

Estimated Downtime:
We have engineered the network to be redundant in many layers and it is this redundancy which allows us to perform these procedures without any anticipated downtime, but as a precaution from any unintended side effects, we are bringing this maintenance to your attention. No downtime is expected, but if any does occur, our team will be doing their very best to mitigate the effects on our clients. Clients may experience intermittent connectivity, latency, or packet loss for 25-30 minutes during this procedure.
