Sign in to your Google Analytics account:
- Visit the Google Analytics website (https://analytics.google.com) and sign in using your Google account credentials.
- Make sure you have appropriate access permissions for the Google Analytics account you want to manage.

Access the Admin settings:
- In the left-hand sidebar, click on the "Admin" tab. This will take you to the Admin settings page.

Select the Account, Property, or View:
- In the "Account," "Property," or "View" column, choose the level at which you want to add the user.
- Note: The Account level provides access to all properties and views within that account, while the Property and View levels provide access to specific properties or views only.

Click on "User Management":
- Within the selected level (Account, Property, or View), locate and click on the "User Management" option. It should be under the "Property" column.

Click on the "+ (Plus) icon" or "Add New Users":
- On the User Management page, you will find a "+ (Plus) icon" or an "Add New Users" button. Click on it to initiate the process of adding a new user.

Enter the user's email address:
- In the "Email Address" field, enter the email address of the user you want to add to the Google Analytics account.

Select the desired permissions:
- Choose the level of access you want to grant to the user. There are three main types of permissions:
- "Manage Users": Provides full administrative access to manage users and permissions.
- "Edit": Allows the user to make changes to settings and configurations, excluding user management.
- "Read & Analyze": Provides view-only access to the Google Analytics data.

Customize advanced options (optional):
- If needed, you can customize advanced options by clicking on the "Advanced options" link. Here, you can set expiration dates for user access or enable additional permissions like "Collaborate" or "Manage Marketing."

Notify the user via email (optional):
- By default, the "Notify this user by email" checkbox is selected. If you want the user to receive an email notification about the access, leave it checked. If not, uncheck the box.

Click on the "Add" or "Add User" button:
- Once you have entered the user's email address and selected the desired permissions, click on the "Add" or "Add User" button to add the user to the Google Analytics account.

Confirmation and access:
- After adding the user, you will see a confirmation message indicating that the user has been added successfully. The user will now have access to the specified level (Account, Property, or View) within your Google Analytics account.
