Estimated amount of downtime:
We understand the importance of minimizing downtime while performing any type of maintenance and for that reason, we will do everything we can to expedite this process. While our Networking Administrators are conducting the upgrade to our network infrastructure, customers will see our routes change which will cause some additional latency. During routing convergence, some packet loss may also be experienced. These moment of loss/latency should not exceed 15 minutes anytime during the four hours we will be performing the work.
