We hope you're doing well today. As part of our commitment to provide the best infrastructure for your services, we're sending you this notice to inform you of network maintenance that will be taking place in our Orlando based data center early next week. We recommend reviewing the following details:

Maintenance type:
Network hardware upgrade

Reason for Maintenance:
We will be adding additional line cards to our core routers. This will involve insertion and powering up of new line cards and moving links from our current line cards to spread traffic load across multiple components. We anticipate no downtime from these events as each link is a member in a redundant set that will assume traffic from the relocated link while inactive.

Clients affected:
All clients on the network

Maintenance Window:
Start: 9/24/2019 03:00 UTC (EDT is 9/23/2019 23:00)
Finish: 9/24/2019 06:00 UTC (EDT is 9/24/2019 02:00)

Datacenter:
USA.Orlando.DC2

Estimated amount of downtime:
We understand the importance of minimizing downtime while performing any type of maintenance and for that reason, we will do everything we can to expedite this process. As it stands we do not expect there being downtime during the three-hour maintenance window but figured it best to let you know just in case something unexpected occurs. Once this upgrade is completed you should expect better network reliability for your services.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review this notice and we do apologize for any inconvenience these unforeseen issues may pose to you and your clients. If you have any questions or concerns about this reboot procedure, please don't hesitate to contact our staff for more details.
