Hi Fistbump Family,
We have been working with our Network Maintenance company to resolve some issues that were affecting our server. It was determined late last night that they needed to take the server offline temporarily to check on any possible hardware issues, we typically like to send out a warning email prior to this happening however we did not get word on when they would perform the maintenance until late last night.
The server is back online and we are still working through everything. We constantly are striving to provide you with the best possible service and at times server maintenance is needed to accomplish this goal!
You may have received and email
It appears a LOT of emails went out last night when the server was brought back online. Many of you may have received an invoice of a "overdue" balance, please ignore these emails for now as we work through this. We are unsure what caused this, but we are actively looking into it and will ensure that everything is made right.
